Clutch Gamer offers free shipping for its items.
We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
Rules & Exceptions
* Free shipping apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, there may be an additional charge.
Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Dates:
Once the pre-order December 18th deadline is reached, shipments can take up to two months for delivery.
Attention: If you require your items before the times stated, please contact us at contact@clutchgamer.ca and we will try to accommodate your deadline.
* The delivery times are approximate.
* During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
* Note that the shipping times do not take into account national holidays. Because we cannot make shipments when the United States Postal Service is closed, please adjust times accordingly when the post office is shut down.
Our Refund Policy
At Clutch Gamer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review your options below. If a return is warranted, you can obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been received, please ship the item(s) by mail to:

1. General Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to Clutch Gamer.
- Refund: A refund will be issued for the cost of the item.
- Exchange for Different Size: If you require a different size of the same item, the customer will need to place a new order for the desired size. A refund for the original item (minus any initial shipping costs) will be processed once the original item is received by Clutch Gamer.
2. Defective Item Replacement
If your item (including deskmat) has a defect (e.g., misprint, damage, or non-functional component) upon arrival:

Clutch Gamer will replace the defective item for free.

Proof Required: To issue a replacement, the customer must submit clear photographic proof of the defect to contact@clutchgamer.gg.

No Return Required: The customer is not required to return the defective item. You may keep the original item.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To start a return, exchange, or replacement process, please contact us first at contact@clutchgamer.gg with the following information:

Reason for the return/replacement (e.g., “Received wrong item,” “Item is defective,” “Need a different size”)

4. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or product):
- Clutch Gamer will immediately ship the correct item to you at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
